70th Primetime Emmy Awards Betting Odds

The stars of television collect together for its 70th Primetime Emmy Awards which take place September 17. We’re seeing a step forward from shows which are still in their infancy in the likes of The Handmaid’s Tale, Atlanta, That is Us and The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel who have garnered a lot of attention from enthusiastic TV watchers.
These shows will be duking it out for supremacy let us take a look at the odds for the categories.
Outstanding Drama Series
Hulu’s The Handmaid’s Tale took the world by storm last year, getting rave reviews and a 95 percent approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes en route to a Emmy in this category. The show returned for a season before in 2018 and is the favorite to repeat as the Outstanding Drama Series winner.
The Handmaid’s Tale will be in hard to replicate as two-time winner Game of Thrones returned using its seventh season that, as anticipated, was met with excellent reviews and may be poised to become the initial three-time winner because Mad Men won four in a row from 2008 to 2011.
This is obviously a category and this year is the same. NBC’s This Is Us is currently looming in the background using its acting which has caused many who have watched this show to shed a tear.
